Terms of Service

DRKFX.AI provides account management, investment strategy selection, USD funding and withdrawal instructions, shared-pool allocation, completed-trade reporting, and related platform services.

Users must provide accurate registration information, verify their email, protect their credentials, and remain responsible for activity performed through their accounts and remembered devices.

The minimum deposit is 100 USD. A confirmed deposit joins only the next trade of the selected Shield, Core, or Edge pool. Capital included in a pool trade is unavailable for withdrawal until that trade closes in full.

A performance fee equal to 10% of the positive result is deducted when a profitable trade closes. No performance fee is charged on a losing or zero-result trade. There is no withdrawal fee.

The minimum withdrawal is 100 USD. Requests may be submitted at any time and are assigned to the next calendar-month 8th payout cycle. Only available balance can be requested. Processing is expected to take approximately three business days after approval, but timing can vary.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, third-party failure, market conditions, or events outside reasonable control. Features, supported markets, eligibility, and terms may change with appropriate notice where required.

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, extract protected systems or models, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, or use the platform in violation of law.

The DRKFX.AI name, interface, software, visual systems, written content, and analytical technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property law and may not be copied or misused without authorization.

Forex trading carries substantial risk. Applicable limitations, disclosures, and responsibilities are described in these terms, the Risk Disclosure, and the relevant account agreement, subject to mandatory law.
